Construction paper and traditional stop motion cutout animation techniques were used in the original animated shorts and in the pilot episode.

today we made a our own pixilation video i bet you are asking yourself what is pixilation, well i am going to tell you. Pixilation was coined by Norman Maclaren for stop motion which used people as the tool this can be seen in the short animation film called Neighbors , The frame rate was 12 frames per second which was the default of Istopmotion the format we exported it in was DV pal 16:9 the total file size was 67 mbs we made this video which took us 5 minutes to produce while it took Norman Maclaren a much longer time and more expensive

The jetson's where created in 1962 and lasted till 1987 by Hanna Barbera which was a duo pair William "Bill" Hanna and Joseph Barbera in 2009 IGN rated The jestson's as the 49th best animation, They also created the likes of Top Cat the flintstones and many many more
